Adaptive Ski Association of West Michigan (ASAWM).
We provide an opportunity for all individuals with disabilities to build skills, develop independence, gain confidence, improve fitness and achieve a sense of accomplishment through snow sports.

Blizzard Bash is West Michigan’s pre-eminent party and fundraiser. Presented by The Teddy Knape Foundation, in partnership with Bill and Paul’s Sporthaus, guests from all over Michigan come together to celebrate the start of the winter season in epic fashion. With delectable food, drinks, games and giveaways, the Blizzard Bash is the don’t miss party of the year. All Blizzard Bash proceeds go to the West Michigan Adaptive Ski Association Join us for great food, fun, raffles, games auction items, and a super social environment for the entire family.

Bill & Paul's Sporthaus
Bill & Paul's is committed to selling all participants in the activities of skiing, snowboarding, paddling, and camping / hiking the appropriate clothing and gear to keep them comfortable while providing them the best experience possible.
Teddy Knape Foundation
The Teddy Knape Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to inspiring and encouraging the participation and enjoyment of winter sports, in an effort to carry on the legacy and passion of Teddy Knape (1984-2006). They are committed to doing so by providing events, resources, channels and outlets while raising awareness for our cause and partnering charities.
Blizzard Bash 2023
Guests from all over Michigan come together to celebrate the start of the winter season in epic fashion. All Blizzard Bash proceeds go to adaptive winter sports in West Michigan which allows special needs participants the ability to ski. The event features live and silent auctions and door prizes featuring ski equipment and shopping sprees.
